Sandro Teti is the owner and founder of the publishing house “SANDRO TETI EDITORE.” He is a political scientist, professional journalist, and an expert on the post-Soviet space and international relations.
He serves as a consultant on internationalization, cultural activities, communications, corporate institutional relations, and lobbying. Sandro Teti leads the consulting company TETI CONSULTING and the Cultural Association (NGO) TROPOS.
He is a frequent guest on information and political programs of Italian, Russian, and Azerbaijani television, providing insights as a political scientist.
Sandro Teti earned his degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences at the State University of Milan. He resided in Moscow, where he worked in the Italian editorial office of the News Press Agency. Additionally, he held the position of editor-in-chief of the cultural and historical magazine Il Calendario del Popolo. From 2004 to 2019, Sandro Teti represented the Foundation of the Russian Nobel laureate Zhores Alferov in Italy, organizing numerous events in Italy, Russia, Cuba, and other countries.
Since 2016, he has been at the helm of the Italian branch of the Baku International Center for Multiculturalism, with representation in 27 countries.

Laura Peretti is a distinguished architect, having graduated with honors from the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano and the International Institute of Design (IED) in Milan.
Her career spans over eight years working with Pritzker Prize laureates Eduardo Souto de Moura and Alvaro Siza in Oporto, Portugal, from 1992 to 1999. In Italy, she collaborated with renowned architects Vittorio Gregotti and Gae Aulenti.
Peretti’s teaching experience includes positions at the Academic University of Architecture of Mendrisio in Switzerland alongside Kenneth Frampton and later with Mario Matheus. She has also served as a visiting professor at Cornell University, Pennsylvania State University, and Iowa State University in Rome.
Additionally, Peretti regularly conducts seminars and master classes at universities across Europe, including Italy, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, and Russia. Between 1997 and 2002, she was an associate partner at the Life Engineering studio in Vicenza.
In 2005, Laura Peretti founded her own studio, LAURAPERETTI ARCHITECTS – Studio Insito, in Rome. Her studio’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects, from interior design and exhibitions to urban planning, with a focus on harmonizing architecture with the surrounding landscape.
Among her notable achievements are:
- Designing a “city in 15 minutes” plan in Rome’s Olympic district.
- Developing three plans for the waterfront of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia.
- Winning first prize in the international competition for the “Regeneration of the Corviale neighborhood” in Rome.
- Creating the Yanardag Energy Museum in Baku, Azerbaijan.
- Designing the “Shebeke Park” project for the revitalization of the historic central district of Baku, known as “Sovetskaya.”
- Designing a housing project comprising 600 apartments in Ceuta, an exclave of Spain in North Africa.
- Developing a comprehensive plan and landscape study for the Costa Verde in Sardinia.
Peretti’s work has been showcased in various exhibitions and featured in numerous publications, including a dedicated section at the 2018 Venice Architecture Biennale.

Saverio Sbalchiero is an expert in brand strategy and design, serving as the creative director for international companies across various industries, including consumer electronics, mobile communications, lifestyle, tourism, and culture. He is also the founder of Sbalchiero&Partners, a specialized company focusing on branding and business design.
With two decades of international experience, spanning over 100 projects across Europe, Asia, and the USA, Saverio has collaborated closely with boards of directors and management teams in crafting branding strategies and fostering innovation.
He has collaborated with global brands such as Alcatel, Motorola, TCL, and ELLE, among others, as well as international brands like MandarinaDuck, Miss Sixty, MiFi, and Vodafone. Sbalchiero has been instrumental in developing comprehensive brand design projects and facilitating the launch of products and services worldwide.
Sbalchiero teaches brand strategy and brand design at universities and higher education institutions both in Italy and abroad.
